Exclusive Contractor Leads

Exclusive contractor leads are calls and quote requests that no other contractor ever sees. Ours come from your own website, your own Google listing and your own ad account. We don't sell leads; we build the things that make your phone ring, and you keep them.

Where home service leads come from

  • Lead sites and home-project apps. You pay per lead, and the homeowner's request often goes to several contractors.

  • Google's Local Services Ads, the pay-per-call ads at the very top of the page with the "Google Verified" check mark.

  • Your own website, Google listing and Google ads. The homeowner searches, finds you and calls you.

  • Referrals, trucks and yard signs. Good calls, but you can't turn them up in a slow month.

Why shared leads let you down

You've heard it, or said it: "I called back in five minutes and they'd already booked someone." Shared leads are sold to several shops at once. Some numbers are fake. Some people only want the lowest price. You pay for every one, booked or not.

How we produce yours

  1. Get found

Your Google listing kept full of job photos and reviews, and Google ads only for the jobs you want, in the towns you'll drive to.

  2. Get picked

A website with a page for each service, your price ranges and a quote form that asks the right questions.

  3. Get booked

Every call answered, and a text back for every missed one.

Every ad gets its own phone number, so your report shows which ad made the phone ring and what each booked job cost.

Trades we produce calls for

Everything we do for contractors is on home services marketing.

Results from three trades

  • AW Mechanical Systems, a heating and cooling company in Brampton, went from $142 to $38 per inquiry.

  • Elie's Fencing in Ottawa: 477 phone calls from Google ads and 298 quote requests from the website, March to September 2026.

Results depend on your market, your budget and how fast you answer the phone.

Who this isn't for

  • Owners who can't answer the phone or call back the same day.
  • Anyone who wants a set number of leads a month, guaranteed. We don't promise counts.
  • Owners shopping for the cheapest invoice, or who'd rather keep buying leads.

Exclusive contractor leads questions

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.

Leads that go to one contractor only. Ours are never sold, shared or resold, because they come from accounts in your name.

Fill out your Google listing and ask every customer for a review. Build a page for each service and town. Then run Google ads for the jobs you want most.

Ask who owns the phone number, whether the lead goes to anyone else, and what happens when you stop paying. If the answers are "we do", "yes" and "it stops", you're renting.

Our plans are $1,500, $3,000 or $5,000 a month, plus your ad budget, with no markup on it. Month to month. See what each plan includes.
