I want to share my amazing experience with Javalogix, the branding and digital marketing agency that created the website for my pastry store, Patisserie Le Caramel. These guys are truly talented at what they do!
When I first started working with Javalogix, I had a vision in my mind of how I wanted my website to look. They did a great job initially, but it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. Here's where their dedication shines: instead of giving up, they kept working with me to get things just right. We went back and forth a few times, and they really listened to my ideas and made changes accordingly. I appreciate how patient and understanding they were throughout this process.
The website they created for my pastry store is like a digital version of the cozy and delicious atmosphere you find in Patisserie Le Caramel. The colors, pictures, and design all capture the feeling of my store perfectly. They even made a menu section that showcases all my yummy pastries with pictures. I'm not really tech-savvy, but they made sure the menu was easy to use for everyone.
What impressed me the most was how well Javalogix communicated. Whenever I had questions or suggestions, they responded quickly and explained things in a way that I could understand. It's rare to find a company that's so friendly and easy to talk to.
In the end, the website they created is even better than what I imagined. They took my ideas and turned them into something beautiful and functional. The website for our rental villa was not converting enough and very slow loading. No SEO (search engine optimisation) was done so far, as we relied on organic reach and social media marketing. Given the huge competition between rental villa’s and given the better quality that we are constantly delivering to our guests, we didn’t want to enter the price war but instead stand out with a good looking, high converting and SEO supercharged website and attract the quality clients that match the quality of our villa and offering. So we needed help with the website redesign, the preparation and implementation of on-page and off page SEO strategies and with the paid marketing strategy.
We came across Java Logix via other people and then something happened that positively surprised us. After an initial conversation with the founder, Preston, he proactively sent us a 15 minute video analysis of where we were with the villa website in ranking for key words, how that compares to other villas in Bali, how the on-site an off site SEO strategy could look like, what the plusses and minuses of the current website were, how we could stand out on Google, and a few other subjects. It not only showed us the potential for business growth but moreover it showed us how dedicated and proactive Preston is and in this way we got a good feel for his quality, depth and service-orientation.
Working on this project with Java Logix has been a true blessing on all levels. Nothing is too much for Preston and his team. He worked on the website redesign until we were completely satisfied and we can even say he over-delivered. It wasn’t only the design, what you see on the outside, it was also all the work that Preston and his team did in the background, with citations, extra landing pages, the google business listing and strategy, the way he stores information and structures the whole project. Moreover, he was always willing to explain and teach and with a very flexible attitude towards changes, time zone differences etc. On a personal level we enjoyed the meetings with him as they were fun and impactful as we also touched wider business strategies.
We can highly recommend Java Logix to anyone who wants an analysis of his website, gear up their website and other assets for business growth, via website (re)design, on page and off page SEO, Google business listings, social media marketing strategy and even business coaching. Preston’s personal willingness to share, explain and teach enabled us not only to get insights in these new topics for us but we even gained a certain level of proficiency ourselves.
