Digital Marketing Services, in Plain Words

Every customer you get goes through the same three steps. They search for what you do. They compare you with the next business. Then they call, text or fill in a form, and someone either answers or doesn't.

Our digital marketing services cover all three, and nothing here needs a marketing degree to understand. Below is everything we do, sorted by the step it fixes, with a page for each if you want the detail.

Why we sort it this way

Most owners we talk to have bought marketing in pieces. A website from one company. Ads from another. An answering service, a review app, a social media person. Each one says its piece is working, and the phone still doesn't ring the way it should.

The trouble is that a customer can slip away at any of the three steps. If nobody finds you, nothing else matters. If they find you but your website looks like a placeholder and you have six reviews from years ago, they pick someone else. If they pick you and the call goes to voicemail, you paid for a customer and handed them to the competition.

So we look at all three, fix the weakest one first, and count the result in booked work, not clicks.

Not sure which step is costing you the most?

That's what the free check-up shows.

Get found

When people search for what you do.

People look in a lot of places now: the map, the search results, the ads, ChatGPT, their Facebook feed. These services put you in each one.

  • Google Maps ranking

The map at the top of Google is where a lot of people pick who to call. We fill in and look after your Google listing, ask every customer for a review, and build the pages that tell Google what you do and where.

    Local SEO services

  • ChatGPT and Google's AI answers

More people now ask an AI who to call. The answer names a few businesses. We make your website, listing and reviews say clearly what you do, so you're one of them.

  • Facebook and Instagram ads

Reach people in your area before they need you, with ads built from your real work, and bring back the ones who visited your website but didn't call.

    Facebook ads management

Proof: Safeguard Electric, an electrician, went from 74 phone calls a year from its Google ads to 225, on a budget only 18% bigger (June 2019 to May 2020, against the next twelve months). Read the Safeguard Electric story

Get picked

When they compare you to the next business.

Most people look at two or three options before they call. These make you the obvious one.

  • Website design

A fast website that sells the work you want: a page for each service, honest price ranges, real photos, and a booking form that asks what you'd ask on the phone, so the price shoppers sort themselves out.

    Website design services

  • Review requests

A friendly text after every job asking for a Google review, with a one-tap link, and help answering the reviews you get. Recent reviews win calls that old ones don't.

    Review management

  • Branding and a page for every ad

A logo and look that make a small business look as solid as it is. And for your ads, a page for each offer, so people land on exactly what they clicked.

Proof: after we rebuilt Lloyd HVAC Services' website with a page for each service, inquiries from Google search went from about 8 a month to 45 within six months. Lloyd HVAC is a heating and cooling company in East York, Toronto.

Get booked

When they call, text or fill in a form.

This is where most marketing money leaks out. A call you paid for that goes to voicemail is a gift to the next business on the list.

  • AI receptionist

Answers every call in your business name, day and night. It asks what the caller needs, books the appointment or flags it as urgent, and passes it straight to whoever's on call.

  • Missed-call text-back

If you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number right away, before they dial the next name.

    Missed call text back

  • One place for every call, text and form

Our 360 Command Center puts every call, text, website form and Facebook request in one inbox on your phone, with follow-up that runs itself and a monthly report in booked work.

  • Email and text follow-up

Quotes that haven't booked get a polite nudge. Past customers hear from you before the next season. Every message names your business and has an easy way to opt out.

Proof: AW Mechanical Systems, a heating and cooling company in Brampton, went from answering about 65% of its calls to 96%.

Results depend on your market, your budget and how fast you answer the phone. See all results

Where we offer these locally

We work with businesses across Canada and the US, from our office at 863 College St in Toronto. Some services have a page for the city too:

Everywhere else: all the cities we serve.

Who we do this for

The same three steps work for any business that needs the phone to ring, but every business needs them tuned differently. A furnace company sells installs. A dental office needs new patients who come back. A guard company needs property managers, not job seekers.

How we work with you

Three rules we don't break:

  • No markup on your ad spendIt goes from your card straight to Google or Meta, and every ad gets its own phone number so you see what it brings in.
  • You own everythingYour website, Google listing, ad account, phone numbers and customer list are in your name. Month to month; leave whenever you like.
  • We count booked work, not clicksYour monthly report opens with calls, booked jobs and what each one cost.

Our plans are $1,500, $3,000 or $5,000 a month.

See what each plan includesSee the full first 90 days

  1. The first covers your website, Google listing, local search, review requests and one place for every call.

  2. The middle plan adds Google and Facebook ads, the AI receptionist and follow-up.

  3. The top plan adds more towns, more ad reach and regular planning calls.

Digital marketing services questions

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.

Everything that brings you customers online and makes sure they book: your website, your Google listing, search, ads, reviews, answering calls, and following up. Some people still call it internet marketing services. The name matters less than whether the phone rings.

The step where you're losing the most customers. If nobody finds you, start there. If people find you and don't call, fix the website and reviews. If calls go to voicemail, fix that first, because it wastes everything else. The free check-up tells you which one it is.

Our plans bundle them, because the steps lean on each other: ads without someone answering is money down the drain. If you only need one thing, ask us on the call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing on its own.

No long contract. We work month to month, so if we stop earning your business, you can leave at the end of any month and take everything with you.

Yes. Our office is in Toronto, and we work with businesses across Canada and the US. Most of the work happens on Google, on your website and on the phone, so distance rarely matters.
