Review Management That Turns Finished Jobs Into Five-Star Reviews

Review management is how happy customers turn into reviews instead of good intentions. Most of yours mean to leave one, then forget. Meanwhile the business down the road, with a long list of fresh reviews, gets the call, even if you do better work. We ask every customer at the right moment, reply to every review, and keep the new ones coming in steadily.

Why reviews decide who gets the call

People read your reviews before they call, whether they found you on the map, on your website or through a friend. They look at three things: your star rating, how many reviews you have, and how recent they are. A handful of reviews from years ago reads like a business that's slowed down.

Google looks too. It says the number of reviews and your rating are part of how it decides who shows up on the map. So reviews do two jobs at once: they get you seen, and they get you picked.

Review management is simply making sure that happens on purpose: getting more five-star reviews, steadily, and answering every one.

How we get you more five-star reviews, steadily

  1. 1
The request goes out when the work is done

After the job is finished, the cleaning is over or the contract starts, your customer gets a short, friendly text from your business.

  2. 2
    One tap to leave it

The link opens your Google review form directly. No searching, no logging in to anything new.

  3. 3
    One reminder, then we stop

If they don't get to it, they get one polite nudge a few days later. Nobody gets pestered.

  4. 4
    Everyone gets asked

Every customer, not just the ones you think loved you. More on why below.

  5. 5
    You see it happen

New reviews show up in one place for every call, text and form, next to the customer they came from.

Google comes first, because that's where most people look. Depending on your business, we can also send people to Facebook, Houzz, HomeStars or Yelp.

Replying to every review

A reply shows the next customer that someone's paying attention. We reply in your name, or draft the reply for you to approve, whichever you prefer.

  • Good reviews get a short, real thank-you that mentions the job, not a copy-and-paste line.
  • Bad reviews get a calm reply the same week: we're sorry, here's how to reach the owner, let's fix it. Never an argument. The people reading it later care more about how you respond than about the complaint.
  • For dental and medical practices, replies never confirm that someone is a patient or mention their care. A general, kind reply protects your patients and your licence.

What we won't do

Some review services cut corners. We don't, because it puts your listing at risk.

  • No filtering out unhappy customers first

Asking "how did we do?" and only sending the happy ones to Google is called review gating. Google's rules don't allow it, and it can get reviews removed.

  • No gifts or discounts for reviews

Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews either.

  • No fake reviews,

no reviews from staff or family, and no buying them. Ever.

Honest requests, sent to everyone, every time, build a rating people believe.

Where we stand on proof

We'd rather show you a client's review count before and after than a made-up number, and we only publish one once we've checked it against that client's own Google listing. In the meantime, judge us by our own: read our reviews on Trustindex, written by owners we work with.

Where it fits

Reviews are one part of turn every finished job into a review and the next booking. They also feed straight into local SEO services, because a steady flow of new reviews helps you show up on the map. And the same customer list that gets review requests can hear from you again before the slow season, through email and text follow-up.

Review management questions

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.

It breaks Google's rules, and that's the risk that matters for your business: Google can remove reviews it thinks were gathered that way. We don't do it. Every customer gets the same request.

Only Google can remove a review, and only when it breaks Google's rules: fake, spam, off-topic, or written by someone with a conflict of interest. We flag those for you. For a real customer's bad review, a calm reply does more good than removal would.

More than the businesses you compete with, and recent ones. A rating built on a steady trickle of new reviews beats a pile from years ago.

No. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews, and it can remove reviews it thinks were paid for. A well-timed, friendly ask works without one.

Google first, because that's where most people look before they call. Depending on your business, we can also send people to Facebook, Houzz, HomeStars or Yelp.

Review requests are part of every plan we offer, from $1,500 a month, together with your website and Google listing. See what each plan includes.
