Other Marketing Services: Branding, Design, Hosting and More
Other marketing services, in plain words: everything a local business needs now and then, from a logo to a flyer. Our main work is getting your phone to ring and making sure every call gets answered. This page covers the rest, down to a hacked website fixed tonight.
These other marketing services are available on their own or alongside a monthly plan. Each design job gets a fixed-price quote before we start. Looking for the main services, like websites, Google and ads? They're on all our services.

Branding and logo design
Your logo, colours and fonts are the first thing people see on your truck, your sign, your website and your uniforms. When they all match and look sharp, a small business looks established before anyone reads a word.
Who it's for: new businesses, businesses that outgrew the logo a print shop threw in years ago, and partners starting out on their own.
What's included
- a few logo directions to choose from, then one refined until you're happy with it
- your colours and fonts, chosen to read well on a phone screen, a van door and a yard sign
- a short guide showing how to use them, so every printer and sign shop gets it right
- the final files for print, web, trucks and signs, yours to keep
We design around your business, not a trend. A heating company, a dental practice and a security firm should each look like what they are.
See the work in our portfolio.
Thinking about a new look?
Book a callGraphic design for print, trucks and ads
People judge you by your van, your flyer and your sign before they ever call. We design the things they see, and we design them to make the phone ring: your number big enough to read from across the street, your website on every piece, and the same look everywhere.
Who it's for: any business that hands out, mails, parks or posts something with its name on it.
What we design
- Print: business cards, flyers, door hangers, postcards, brochures and appointment cards
- Trucks and signs: van graphics, yard signs and storefront signs, with files ready for your print or wrap shop
- Ads and social posts: the images for your Google, Facebook and Instagram ads and your social posts
- Practice and office pieces: new-patient forms, waiting-room signs, proposal covers for security bids
Each job gets a fixed-price quote before we start, and you get the final files to send to any printer.

Book a callDigital business cards
A paper card ends up in a drawer. A digital business card goes straight into the customer's phone. They tap your card on their phone, or scan its code, and your contact page opens: your name, photo, number, website, reviews and a button to save you as a contact. No app needed.
Who it's for: owners and estimators who meet customers on site, techs who want the next call to come to the company, front desks at practices, and security supervisors at site walks.
What's included
- a tap-and-scan card with your logo
- a contact page in your brand, with buttons to call, text, book or leave a review
- changes any time: a new number or a new offer doesn't mean reprinting
- a way for people to send you their details back, which land in one place for every call, text and form
You can also text the link to a customer from the job site, so they have your details before you've left the driveway.
Want cards for your whole crew?
Book a callVideo
A short video does what a page of text can't: it lets people see who's coming to their house, their mouth or their building. A friendly owner introduction or a walk-through of a finished job builds trust faster than any headline.
Who it's for: businesses where trust decides the sale, which covers most trades, practices and security companies.
What we make
- a short "meet the owner" or "meet the team" video for your website and Google listing
- job walk-throughs and before-and-afters
- customers telling their own story, with their permission
- short ads for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- quick answers to the questions you get asked every day
We handle it from the script to the finished edit, sized for each place it will run. Much of it can be shot on a good phone by you or your crew, with our script and our editing.
Video goes on your website, your Google listing, YouTube and your social pages, so one shoot keeps working for months.
Have a video idea, or no idea where to start?
Book a callArticles and guides that answer your customers' questions
Before people call, they search for answers. "How much does a new furnace cost?" "Do I need a permit for a deck?" "What happens at a first orthodontic visit?" "How many guards does a construction site need?" The business that answers plainly is the one they trust, and often the one they call.
Who it's for: businesses whose customers do some homework first: bigger jobs, health decisions, contracts.
What we write
- plain-word guides to the questions your customers ask most, with your real price ranges where you're comfortable sharing them
- job stories with your photos: what the customer needed, what you did, how it turned out
- answers to the questions your office hears every day, so you can send a link instead of explaining it again
Everything is built on what you actually know and do: your prices, your jobs, your experience. That's what Google rewards, and it's what ChatGPT and Google's AI answers pick up when someone asks who to call. More on that in AI search optimization.
Articles go on your own blog. See our blog for how we do it for ourselves.
Wondering what your customers are searching for?
Book a callEmail and text follow-up
The people who already paid you know your name and trust your work. A good email or text to them in a slow week can fill the schedule faster than a new ad. Most businesses never send one, because nobody has time to write it.
Who it's for: any business with past customers, which is every business.
What we send for you
- Quote follow-up: a friendly check-in a few days after a quote, and another before it runs out
- Seasonal reminders: furnace tune-ups in the fall, AC checks in spring, cleanings, renewals, whatever brings your customers back
- A short note when the phone is quiet, with a real reason to book now
- Review requests after every job (more on review management)
- Texts back to missed calls (more on missed call text back)
Every message names your business and has an easy way to opt out, and we keep the paperwork so you don't have to. Your customer list stays in your name.

Book a callWebsite hosting
Hosting is where your website lives. Cheap hosting is fine until the site goes down on a Saturday in spring, or gets hacked, and the only help is a chat window that answers on Tuesday.
Who it's for: businesses we build websites for (hosting comes with them), and businesses that want their current site looked after by people they can call.
What's included
- hosting for your website, set up properly from day one
- the secure padlock in the browser bar, so visitors and Google trust the site
- regular backups, so a bad update or a hack doesn't cost you the site
- someone watching that it stays up, and a real person to call when something's wrong
Already have a website somewhere else? We can move it over for you, with your old page addresses kept so Google doesn't lose track.
Your domain stays in your name, and so does the website. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Not sure where your website is hosted, or who has the logins?
Book a callWebsite care: updates, backups and speed
Websites break quietly. A plugin goes out of date, a form stops sending, a page gets slow, and nobody notices until a customer says "I tried to reach you through your site". Website care is somebody checking, every month, so you don't have to.
Who it's for: businesses with a website, especially WordPress sites, that nobody is looking after.
What's included
- updates to the site and its add-ons, tested so nothing breaks
- backups before every change
- a monthly check that your forms, call buttons and booking links still work
- small changes when you need them: a new photo, new hours, a price update
- speed checks on a phone, with fixes for whatever is slowing the site down: heavy images, add-ons nobody uses, slow hosting
Speed matters more than most owners think. A page that takes too long to load on a phone loses the visitor before they see your number, and Google pays attention to how fast your pages are too.
Is your site slow or out of date?
Get the free check-upHacked website cleanup
A hacked website costs you customers fast. Google may show a "This site may be hacked" warning, visitors get sent to spam pages, strange pages show up under your name, or your host shuts the site down.
Signs your site has been hacked
- a warning from Google or your browser when you visit it
- visitors sent to other websites
- pages in Google's results that you never wrote
- a note from your host that your account is suspended
What we do
- find and remove the bad code, including the hidden back door that lets it come back
- update the site and everything on it, and change every password
- ask Google to review the site and remove the warning
- lock it down so it's harder to break into next time, and set up backups
Most of the hacked sites we see run on WordPress, but we clean other kinds too.
Hacked right now? Fill in the emergency form below with your name, phone number and website address. It goes straight to a person, and we'll call you back.

Card-payment security for your website (PCI compliance)
If your website takes card payments, for orders, deposits or bookings, the card companies expect you to follow their security rules. Those rules are called PCI DSS, and most businesses confirm they follow them once a year, often by filling in a self-assessment questionnaire their payment processor sends.
Who it's for: online shops, practices that take deposits online, contractors who take deposits through their website, and anyone whose payment processor has just sent them a compliance form they don't understand.
What we do
- check how your website takes payments today and where card details actually go
- move card entry to your processor's own secure checkout where we can, so card numbers never touch your website, which is the simplest way to cut down what you're responsible for
- tighten the rest: the secure padlock, updates, strong logins, fewer people with admin access
- help you answer the questionnaire in plain words
We don't certify anyone; your processor and the card companies do that. We make your website something you can honestly say yes about.
Got a compliance form you can't make sense of?
Book a callSingle-offer pages for your ads
When someone clicks an ad for "spring deck builds" or "new-patient exam", they should land on a page about exactly that, not your home page. A single-offer page has one offer, one form or call button, and no menu to wander off into.
Who it's for: any business running Google or Facebook ads, especially for a seasonal push or a specific service.
What's included
- one page for each ad offer, written and designed to match the ad people clicked
- a short form that asks the right questions, or a big call button
- its own phone number, so you see which offer made the phone ring
- every form landing in one place for every call, text and form, with an instant reply
A few examples: a fence repair estimate, a new-patient exam, a patrol quote for a construction site, a fall tune-up offer.
Because each offer has its own page, you can see which ones bring in booked work and which ones to drop. They pair with Google Ads management and Facebook ads management, and they're built the same way as our website design services.

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.
Yes. Design jobs, a hacked-site cleanup or a set of digital business cards can be done on their own, with a fixed-price quote before we start. Hosting and website care run month to month, like everything else we do.
Yes. Logos, designs, videos, your website, your domain and your customer list are yours. If you leave, they go with you.
Probably. Ask us on a call. If it's not something we do well, we'll tell you, and point you to someone who does.
Not sure which of these you need?
Thirty minutes, no pitch. Tell us what's bugging you, and we'll tell you what's worth doing first, and what isn't worth your money.

Social media posting
Before and after: a backyard we finished this week.
Here's the honest version: social posts on their own rarely make the phone ring. What they do is show people you're real and busy when they check you out, and give your ads something to work with. When a homeowner, a parent or a property manager looks you up and finds a page that hasn't posted in two years, they wonder if you're still around.
Who it's for: businesses whose customers look them up on Facebook or Instagram before calling, which today is most local businesses.
What's included
We write and design the posts and send them to you before they go out. You send us photos from the job; we do the rest.
When you want posts to reach people who don't follow you yet, that's Facebook ads management.
