Dental and Orthodontic Marketing Agency for a Full Schedule

Gaps in the schedule on weekday afternoons. New-patient calls ringing out while the front desk is at lunch. And an agency that promised a number of new patients, then sent a year of reports full of clicks.

We're a dental and orthodontic marketing agency that fixes that for independent practices across Canada and the US. We set up and run your Google listing, your Google Ads, a website that books new patients and consults, and answering that picks up when your front desk can't, all in your practice's name. It's marketing for dental practices with nothing hidden: you can leave any month, and each month you see how many new patients and consults booked, and what each one cost.

The practices we work with

Dentists and orthodontists fill their schedules differently, so each has its own page. Find yours.

Dental practices

Someone with a toothache calls whoever answers first. A family new to the area checks your reviews, and whether you take their benefits, before they ever pick up the phone.

Who it's for: general and family practices, group practices, new practices and practice buyers, cosmetic and implant practices, hygiene clinics, pediatric practices.

Dental marketing

Orthodontic practices

Fewer families arrive through the family dentist now. Parents search, read reviews and book two or three consults before they choose, and the practice that follows up usually gets the start.

Who it's for: solo and multi-office practices, new and acquired practices, practices up against aligner companies and corporate groups.

Orthodontic marketing

Also: independent hygiene clinics, pediatric dentists and specialist practices such as periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery. If your practice depends on new patients finding you and calling, the same work applies. Book a call and ask.

What practice owners tell us on the first call

Dentists and orthodontists, the same five complaints.

  • “New-patient calls go to voicemail at lunch and after hours.”

People looking for a new dentist or orthodontist rarely leave a message. They call the next practice on the map.

  • “An agency promised us 30 new patients a month.”

Then it counted clicks and form fills as patients. Nobody can promise that number before seeing your area and how your phones get answered.

  • “Referrals aren’t what they used to be.”

Word of mouth and referring dentists still matter. But more patients and parents now start on Google, read the reviews and compare a few practices first.

  • “The corporate office down the street outspends us.”

Groups have bigger ad budgets and call centres. An independent practice wins by being easy to find, well reviewed and quick to answer.

  • “My last agency locked me in and sent me reports full of clicks.”

A year of invoices, a website in their name, and no idea how many new patients any of it brought in.

None of this is your fault. It's what happens when nobody owns the whole path, from the search to the phone call to the patient in the chair.

How we fix it

Five things, done in order, for every practice.

  1. Get found

Your Google listing filled out for the neighbourhoods your patients come from, a page for every service and treatment, and Google Ads for the new patients and consults you actually want.

  2. A website that books patients

Plain answers on fees, benefits, insurance and financing, the people who will treat them, and a booking request that asks the right questions.

  3. Answer every call

An AI receptionist that picks up in your practice's name, a text back on every missed call, and follow-up on booking requests and consults that went quiet.

  4. Reviews and patients who come back

A review request after each visit, recall reminders for patients who are overdue, and follow-up for orthodontic patients who haven't decided yet.

  5. Know what works

Every ad gets its own phone number, so you see which one made the phone ring, and one plain monthly report counts new patients, consults and starts.

Three rules we don't break:

  • no markup on your ad spend
  • you own everything, month to month
  • results counted in new patients and starts, not clicks.

Dental and orthodontic marketing questions

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.

It gets the right patients to find you, makes it easy for them to book, makes sure somebody answers, and brings them back. For us that means your Google listing, your website, your Google and Facebook ads, answering and follow-up, review requests and recall reminders, and a monthly report that counts new patients, not clicks. A good one tells you plainly what each new patient cost.

Yes. The work underneath is the same; what we count changes. For a dental practice it's new patients, and getting them back for their next cleaning. For an orthodontic practice it's consults, and how many of them turn into starts. Each has its own page: Dental marketing and Orthodontic marketing.

Our plans are $1,500, $3,000 or $5,000 a month, plus your ad budget. The ad budget goes from your own account straight to Google or Meta, with no markup. Which plan fits depends on how many locations you have and how fast you want to grow. See what each plan includes.

Only where your rules allow it. Dental advertising rules differ from one province or state to the next, and some don't allow testimonials or reviews on a practice's own website. Where they aren't allowed, your website sticks to plain facts patients can check: your services, your hours, the benefits and insurance you accept, and who will treat them. We never quote patients on our own website either.

No long contract. We work month to month. Your website, Google listing, ad account, phone numbers and patient list are in your name from the first day, and if you leave, they go with you.

Yes. Start by finding out who owns your website, your Google listing and your ad account. On the first call we'll help you check, and tell you what we'd keep and what we'd change.

Book a call about your practice

Half an hour with someone who knows how practices fill their schedules. We'll look at where your new patients come from now, where calls are slipping away, and what we'd fix first. No pitch, and if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
