HVAC SEO Toronto

We do HVAC SEO: Toronto heating and cooling companies hire us to put them on the Google map and the first page of results for the furnace, AC and heat pump searches their customers make. We start with the neighbourhoods you want to work in, and the jobs you want more of.

What Toronto homeowners search for

Nobody searches "HVAC". They search for the job, usually in a hurry:

  • "furnace repair near me" on the first cold night in November
  • "AC installation" and "AC not cooling" in a June heat wave
  • "boiler service" in older homes across the Annex, Riverdale and the west end
  • "heat pump installation" and the heat-pump rebates

One HVAC page can't win all of these. You need a page for each service you sell and each part of the city you want calls from.

Toronto is not one map

The map at the top of Google changes every few kilometres. A shop in East York rarely shows up for a furnace search in Etobicoke. So we work the map area by area:

  • your Google listing filled out with every service and service area
  • review requests after every job, so reviews mention the work and the neighbourhood
  • your name, address and phone the same everywhere Google looks
  • your TSSA registration on your pages, because homeowners can look it up and the unlicensed outfits can't show one

Since Ontario banned door-to-door sales of furnaces and air conditioners in 2018, the people who used to sign at the front door search instead.

Something else on your mind? Call (647) 254-0850 and ask.

Our plans are $1,500, $3,000 or $5,000 a month. The right one depends on how many services and parts of the city you want to show up for. See what each plan includes.

Think months, not weeks. Start in spring or summer, so you're on the map before the first cold snap. If you need calls this month, Google ads work while the SEO builds.

No. Most Toronto shops we work with also want ads, a website that books installs and every call answered. That's our HVAC marketing agency in Toronto page. For shops outside the city, see HVAC SEO.

It's the same work, aimed at heating and cooling jobs. If you run another kind of business, see local SEO in Toronto.
