Ottawa Fire Services Band

Founded in 1969, the Ottawa Fire Services Band proudly represents Ottawa Fire Services, the city of Ottawa, and Canada with its traditional marching brass band music. Performing at a diverse range of events, the band brings joy and a touch of classic musical heritage to audiences. In February 2001, the newly amalgamated city of Ottawa honored the band by officially designating it as the “Official Band of the City of Ottawa,” a testament to its enduring contribution to the community and its rich musical legacy.
